On the exercise portal of this website you will find examples of exercises and, with a password, over 50 video examples for use in therapy or as a parent or support teacher. The exercises have been developed and tested over many years. Our aim is to continue to offer the programme free of charge to all people undergoing therapy and to all those who complete one of our courses.
